Monday: In-class assessment: Atom Model
(Students were provided directions for this assignment last week. They should bring necessary materials to class today.)
Tuesday: Test over chemical symbols (5th test). Students have been given a letter to parents that should be signed and returned before they take today's test.
Students will begin the bundle for Chapter 2 over "States of Matter". Today students will complete the vocabulary for the chapter and submit their work on MBC.
Wednesday: Due: Chapter 2 Vocabulary.
After watching a short video over states of matter, students will use their textbook and a variety of web sites to complete the "Table-States of Matter" worksheet.
Thursday: Students will watch a "Crash Course" video by Hank Green over liquids. Students will then take notes over Chapter 2, Section 1, while viewing a Power Point presentation.
Friday: Following a vocabulary review, students who have all work completed and turned in will participate in a lab.
